After graduating from West Point, Joe served as a Cavalry/Armor officer in various leadership roles and deployed to Kosovo. After leaving the military, Joe joined IDEXX where he served as a senior executive. Joe also earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2010 and in 2018 he earned his M.B.A. from Yale’s School of Management.
