Jeanne served as a Military Intelligence Officer deploying to Iraq for three tours and Bosnia from ‘01-’02. She has served as an Assistant Professor of International Relations at West Point in the Department of Social Sciences, in the Republic of Korea, and as one of four lead researchers on the Chief of Staff of the Army’s Operation Iraqi Freedom Study Group from 2013-2015. Jeanne presently works as a strategy and management consultant, and performs her U.S. Army Reserve duties in Department of Social Sciences at West Point. She has experience on the Council on Foreign Relations as an International Affairs Fellow, and holds a Masters and Ph.D. in Public and International Affairs from the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University. Jeanne is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point.
