Yasmeen is the Managing Director of Strategic Engagement for Service Year Alliance, chaired by Retired General Stanley McChrystal. Service Year Alliance works to make national service a common expectation and opportunity for all young Americans. Yasmeen is an AmeriCorps alumna, and did her service year in 2008 with the Arab American Resource Corps in Washington, DC. She earned a bachelor's degree from George Washington University and a master's degree from Harvard Divinity School.
