Bio: Stephen Spaloss is a 28-year veteran of City Year. He helped found numerous City Year sites and currently, as a Senior Vice President, oversees the training and development of over 350 front line managers who lead the corps into service in our 28 domestic locations. Stephen is also a motivational speaker and has spoken at national conferences, before Congressional leaders, and in countless school and board rooms across the country.
